Ridi Soap and Chemical Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a dedicated manufacturing company established with the primary goal of producing and distributing high-quality soap under the “Ridi” brand. The company’s factory is located in Bharatpur Metropolitan City, Ward No. 15, Phulbari, Chitwan. The motivation for its establishment stemmed from the increased awareness of hygiene during the COVID-19 pandemic and a desire to boost domestic production to reduce Nepal’s reliance on imported goods,.
The company was officially registered on Magh 13, 2077 BS (Company Reg. No. 253802/077/078). It is a joint venture, with Ridi Group Limited holding 51% of the shares and individual investors holding the remaining 49%.
