Ridi Rapti Group is a business entity established to foster collective entrepreneurship and prosperity within the Rapti region of Lumbini Province. Registered on Poush 18, 2079 BS, it operates as a key subsidiary of Ridi Group Limited. The company is a collaborative venture featuring around 100 shareholders, with 75% of the investment coming from local entrepreneurs of the Rapti region and 25% from Ridi Group Limited. It holds an authorized capital of 10 Crores and an issued capital of 1.84 Crores.
The group manages a diverse portfolio of tourism, manufacturing, and distribution ventures:
- Rapti Agro Resort (Devikot, Bhalubang): A flagship project located on 1.5 Bigha of land at an altitude of 1,100 meters. It focuses on organic farming and eco-tourism services, including hiking, cycling, and camping with live agro bases.
- Devikot-Maurighat Paragliding: Launched as the first paragliding service in Lumbini Province, this adventure sport is operated in collaboration with the renowned Babu Adventures.
- Rapti Garment Industry: An initiative to produce high-quality clothing (coats, jackets, bags) by processing local Himalayan fibers such as Allo, Sisno, and Hemp.
- Ridi Soap Distribution: The Company serves as the official distributor for “Ridi” brand soaps and hygiene products throughout the Rapti region.
