RIDIGroup Limited is a public company established under Company Act 2006. It is in operation after registration at the Office of Company Registrar, Tripureswor, Kathmandu, on April 20, 2018 (Baisakh 7, 2075 v.s.). With “Collective Economic Action for Prosperity” as its announcement, the main objective of the Company is to operate production and service businesses by collecting capitalscattered in the society. The aim of the Company is to establish it as a “corporate group” by utilizing community-based collective economic initiative, modern technology, professional expertise, and skilled human resource.
RIDI Group Limited operates on the strong belief that the mission of creation of a prosperous Nepal can be fulfilled by institutional economic action with collective community initiative, community investment, and community ownership. If the large number of unemployed youth can be involved in entrepreneurial and employment activity, then not only an individual person or group but the entire nation can make a transformative economic turn.
